Imagine There Are No Wingnuts

G. Gordon Liddy is asked about Lennon's song "Imagine" (from The U.S. vs. John Lennon):

Yes, ["Imagine"] was considered, you know, part of the antiwar movement. It was sort of an anthem of the antiwar movement and we reacted negatively to that. I remember my kids were in school at the time, in public school, and when we were told that there was going to be a concert we said, 'fine, tell us what music you're going to be singing." And I remember "Imagine" was one of them and I said [to my children], "Ok, when that comes on, you just stand there, don't sing." And they didn't.
