Didn't Frank Whaley's Oswald Say Something Similar in JFK?

From Howie the Putz's book Hot Air: All Talk All The Time (pg 262, HB):

In Fairfax, Virginia, G. Gordon Liddy of WJFK says: "I and my family and friends were out firing away at a properly constructed rifle range with what the newspeople insist on calling assault weapons...I drew some stick-figure targets and I thought we ought to give them names, so I named them Bill and Hillary. I thought it would improve my aim."
